Harry Potter 1-2 Ultimate Editions (R1/US BD) in December
Warner Home Video have announced the US ‘Ultimate Edition’ DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of the first two Harry Potter films on 8th December 2009. These new editions arrive alongside the sixth in the series and boast new extended cuts of the films as well as new bonus material.

En este tráiler podemos ver adelanto del nuevo material que traerá esta colección. Podemos ver las audiciones de Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Evanna Lynch, Jessie Cave y muchos otros! También las equivocaciones a la hora de rodar escenas como una muy cómica donde Daniel Radcliffe (Harry) le pisa el atuendo a Michael Gambon (Dumbledore).
CURIOSIDADES:
Columbus rechazó la oferta de dirigir Harry Potter y el prisionero de Azkaban, película en la que sólo participó como productor. Fue el director mexicano Alfonso Cuarón quien se hizo cargo de la dirección, y luego del rodaje que tuvo lugar en 2003, la película se estrenó el 4 de junio de 2004.
- La primera película salió bajo el nombre de Harry Potter y la piedra del hechicero en Estados Unidos. En esta versión, dicha piedra era llamada con este nombre, mientras en el resto del mundo salió bajo el título original (Harry Potter y la piedra filosofal) y era llamada así por los personajes.
- El título de la segunda película es originalmente Harry Potter y la cámara de los secretos, pero éste fue cambiado ligeramente para el libro y la película en español.
